UPDATE ON MARK COURTESY OF KARL THE SLOUCHER

Mark had a liquid breakfast similar to last nights dinner. He wanted something more substantial so he got some eggs after that. When Bud Scott and Laura arrived Mark was tearing into his lunch which
consisted of turkey mashed potatoes and carrots as well as pound cake. He said it tasted terrible but he still ate a lot of it. Mark was irritated because the remote for his t.v. Did not work.He told
the nurse that he was an electrical engineer and he would fix it. Mark was able to stand up and walk a little in his room with assistance. He is graduallyrecovering as each day goes by. He will remain
in the ICU until further notice.

The "good" news of this latest update---at least Mark is complaining!!! I think that's great!!! And, oh yeah, life with an engineer can be "very interesting."

Good to hear that you are progressing with a little walking and communication. Here's to MORE progress and the healing CONTINUES!

We love you and will continue our praying! All our love,

Mary Gregory

Glad you are up and around a little. Why are you worried about the remote? Why don't you use some of your $10,000 technology toys that you brought to the hospital. Remember when we used to play with Hot Wheels cars and Micronauts! Get well soon!! Geo
